Les began his career in the transportation and logistics industry in 1972 with a sales position with Canadian Pacific Rail and Canadian Pacific Ships.  His responsibilities quickly grew to a District Manager role.  Early on in his tenure with CP he was singled out to participate in a select management training program at the CP corporate headquarters in Montreal.   There he learned the inner workings of each major division within the company.  At 25 years of age, it was certainly an eye-opening and learning period of his life. 

Upon his return to the United States, he was promoted to oversee the entire Marketing and Sales departments for both CP Rail and CP Ships - US. 

In 1978 Les joined Cast North America in a management position responsible for all export container service offerings for the North Atlantic basin.  In this capacity he and Cast North America led the industry in an unprecedented door-to-door service, offering container moves from the U.S. through to the final receiver in Europe.  

When her dad asked her to join the company in 2017, Jordan jumped at the chance.  She had grown up admiring her dad’s entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic, and she was excited to learn the business at her dad’s side.

Being a quick learner, she soon took over full responsibility for the company’s operations, starting with Accounting, Distribution, and Transportation. Jordan manages all trucking company relationships; a national network of carefully vetted transport carriers that exemplifies the same professionalism and customer service as Container Management. 

Prior to joining Container Management, Inc., Jordan was an avid community volunteer, which she carries on today through a leadership role in Girl Scouts of America and additional local community non-profits. She uses skills learned in the non-profit sector every day advocating for the company’s customers, ensuring customers’ satisfaction by having containers delivered on time and as promised. And she does all this with a ready smile and a “can do” attitude.

Susan came into her marketing role with Container Management after retiring from a successful global business development career.
